It's a companion for UOA, just download the file and unzip it into the same directory as UOA, click browse and locate your UOA executable, and you're done. After the initial setup, the program will automatically start UOA for you without patching. I know it's in VB and some of you might not have the DLLs, but I didn't see much of a point in coding something like this in C and classing it etc, so I've put a link for the VB DLLs also. comdlg32.zip That's if you don't have the Windows Common Dialog Control.
Unzip it to C:\Windows\System or C:\WinNT\System32, and type either: regsvr32 C:\Windows\System\comdlg32.ocx or regsvr32 C:\WinNT\System32\comdlg32.ocx Then just run the UOAPFIX.EXE.
